November 4th 2010 - painting

Powder Room color off the living room - kind of tough to tell, but it's a burgundy

Master bathroom - gray with a hint of blue in it - will work awesome with the Carrera floors and counter-top tiling

Flag Stone entry way is basically finished - a lot larger than we had initially anticipated, but came out really awesome - there are also two flag stone landings in the back of the house, out the "Peggy" door in the garage and at the bottom of the deck stairs

Garage door is in and is massive.

A trim cap on the half wall coming up the stairs - this will probably be stained the same color as the interior trusses

October 17

Sorry for the delay everyone... anyone... who is paying attention. We are 100% done on the exterior, the deck is done the trusses are in, the K-braces are in, we're good to go. Jesse and I have been taping windows (with Ben's help!) and getting ready for paint. The painters start the first layer of prime this week and we should be all done with paint this week. The trim is stained and ready to go on, the windows have been professionally stained (as have the doors), there are handles on the french doors to the deck... lots of stuff but not all photo worthy. Here is what we have so far... breaking in the deck with the Raines' crew, maintaining the trees... we also went rock hunting, don't tell the feds. Some how neither Jesse nor I have photos of the finished deck... we'll get them this week.

Jesse - pretty happy to enjoy a beer on his deck with friends!
